Audit

The performance of an audit includes following stages: previous meeting, visits, study phase and documentation elaboration, final meeting.

Previous meeting

During this phase the object and extent of the audit it will be determined with the client, the necessary information will be requested and possible visits will be agreed to facilities. Additionally, the delivery date and the final documentation will be determined.

Visits

If necessary, the client will provide the access to facilities that are being object of the audit in the dates that have been agreed in the previous meeting.

Study and documentation phase

In this phase ACTel will be able to request the collaboration of the client to complete the necessary information that allows writing the most precise documentation possible.

Final meeting

Delivery of the documentation will be done in the final meeting, conclusions of the audit will be explained and opportune recommendations will be done to the client. Additionally delivery will be done of a survey so the client can value the service.
