Consultancy

The performance of a consultancy includes following stages: previous meeting, study phase and documentation elaboration, final meeting.

Previous meeting

During this phase it will be determined with the client the object and extent of the consultancy, requirements and the necessary information will be established. Additionally possible visits and meetings of follow-up will be agreed, as well as the delivery date.

Study and documentation phase

During this phase follow-up visits and meetings established in the initial meeting will be made. In this phase ACTel will be able to request the collaboration of the client to complete the necessary information that allows writing the most precise documentation possible.

Final meeting

The documentation will be presented in the final meeting, conclusions will be explained and recommendations will be done to the client. Additionally delivery will be done of a survey so the client can value the service.
