The diversity of existing services, offered by Telco operators and ICT services over Internet suppliers to the companies, makes it difficult that the management can have enough knowledge of obtained profits compared to costs repercussions by the network infrastructure and the telephony.
Services marketed are not always adapted to the customers' actual needs, specially in the SME sector.
