En septiembre de 2011 llega a España la nueva solución de Comunicaciones Unificadas para la PyME de Cisco Systems, la plataforma UC320. Esta está pensada para dar servicio hasta 24 extensiones sin coste adicional, se trata de una solución ideal para pequeñas empresas y empresas multisede que necesitan comunicar locales o pequeñas oficinas con su central.

Cisco acompaña este lanzamiento con significativas ventajas en sus otras plataformas de Comunicaciones Unificadas de su división de Small Bussiness, los equipos UC500, que ahora disponen de más extensiones en la licencia base, igualando las 24 de la UC320, y también pueden soportar más cantidad de extensiones, hasta 138 en el modelo UC560.
