Juan Ruzafa achieves ISO/IEC 20000 PMI certification

With date of June 22 2011, following the strategic line that allows to ACTel offer  value added services to his customers, Juan Ruzafa has obtained the ISO/IEC 20000certification, that is the most specific part on the Management of the Quality of ICT Services.

ISO/IEC 20000 standard is oriented to guarantee the adoption of a quality model in the processes for the delivery of managed ICT services fulfilling with the requests of the customers' business. This allows to ensure a correct provision of any type of B2C or B2B service through an ICT platform: customers support (telephone and web), e-commerce,  franchises network, professional services, etc. Process Management and Improvement

The certification in ISO/IEC 20000 is of two types: personal and company. The personal certification warrants that the possessor knows standards adopted by the ISO standard/IEC 20000 on processes of management and ICT service delivery, whereas the certification of company anounces that an organisation has adopted the standard for some specific activities and it has passed an external audit that gives the official stamp successfully.
